This section covers most of the commonly asked questions regarding your Custom Print.  If you do not

How do I submit my photos via email?
Once you have selected your Custom Print, completed all of the *required fields, and clicked the
submit button you will then be directed to complete your order by sending your photos as attachments
to:  YourCustomPrints@Gmail.com

Can I scan my photos and email them to YCP?
Yes you can scan your photos.  Please make sure you scan them at a good quality.  We
recommend scanning your photos at 300 to 450 dpi, and saved as a JPEG file without reducing
the quality level.

Is it possible not to list one of the fields on my Custom Print such as, first name, last name, nick name etc?
You have the option to list either your name, nick name, sport season, and/or  player # on your Custom Print
if you wish.  Some prints that require a First & Last Name, can be substituted with a nick name if desired.
If your Custom Print is featuring two people, you can even list both names.  You must of course specify
where each name should go.  Each *required field should be filled in to insure that our professionals design
your Custom Print to your specifications.  If there is a field that you do not wish to list on your Custom
Print, simply type N/A in that field and it will be left empty.  Keep in mind that your print will not look exactly
like the print you have chosen because the field will now be empty.

Can I order more than one Custom Print at the same time?
You can order as many Custom Prints as you wish!  However, a separate order form must be completed
for each print.

When will I receive my Custom Print?
Once an order has been completed and approved, each Custom Print has to be designed and printed.  This
process takes 3-5 working days.  You will have the option to choose which method of shipping you prefer.
Regular mail takes between 5-8 days for delivery, and Priority mail takes between 2-4 days. After an
approved order, designing, and printing, you can safely estimate the time to receive your photos  with
Regular mail delivery between 8-13 days maximum.  If you choose to have your photos sent via Priority
mail, you can receive your Custom Print between 5-10 days.  (both times excluding Sundays)

What is considered a good/bad quality photo?
A good photo verses a bad photo is determined by it's resolution.  Resolution  indicates the quality
of your photos. The higher the resolution, the clearer and more detailed your photo will be.  Although
YCP checks every photo to make sure it is the best quality, the following qualifications will help you when
submitting your pictures:

    8x10                                      900 x 720 pixels or more
    12x18                                    1620 x 1080 pixels or more
    20x30                                    2700 x 1800 pixels or more

How is my personal information protected?
All of your personal information including your name, address, email, and credit card number is
protected on our website with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption (SSL).  On the ordering
page, the SSL lock will be located at the bottom of older browsers, and at the top on newer browsers.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can place an order over the phone.  One of our representatives will accurately complete the order
form with you over the phone for your chosen Custom Print.  Soon after, you will receive an email confirming
the order and the information to be put on your photos.  You have the option to mail or email your
photos as well as the option to pay via phone or via mail.  Once we receive your photos and checked them for
proper quality, we will send you another email approving the order along with the delivery date information.

Will my original photos be returned?
If you chose to mail your original photos, they will be returned along with your new Custom Prints.  For all
emailed photos, once your order has been mailed to you, we will delete your photos from our files within
30 days.

Is Your Custom Prints offered nation wide?
Anyone can mail or email us their photos no matter where you're located.  That is why we are available
after normal business hours if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I schedule an appointment for a YCP photographer to take my photos?
Currently we are only taking appointments in the Georgia area in these specified counties: Gwinnett, Hall,
Barrow, Walton, Rockdale, Dekalb, Clayton, North Fulton, Cobb, and Cherokee.  Appointments are
generally for large groups of 5 or more.  However, a  1 to 4 person appointment can be honored depending
on the amount of services required and location. Feel free to call and make an appointment or submit your
request online.  All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee of $50 for large groups, and $25 
for groups of 1 to 4 people.  This fee will be applied as a credit when paying for your Custom Print.

What is YCP's return policy?
A lot of work is put into custom designing a Custom Print.  Therefore, we do not accept returns.  Before
you submit your order, you are asked to completely and accurately review your information for any errors
such as: spelling errors, inaccurate field content, and photo placement requirements if any.  We then
require your initials to verify that you have checked your information, and do not hold YCP responsible
for any mistakes.

Can my Custom Print contain more than one person's photo?
Yes you can have more than one person on your Custom Print.  Each Custom Print lists the maximum
number of images to be used.  You cannot exceed this limit.  Keep in mind using more than one person
on your Custom Print, requires you to be more specific with photo placement and field content if needed.

What type of digital photo files do you accept?
We recommend JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe) files.  However we can also accept BMP, TIF, PDF, and PSD
files.
